Special Group Labor Rates

A 10% discount will apply to all repair labor rates and services. Brakes,
tune-ups, air conditioning, computer diagnostics, cooling problems,
starters, alternators, batteries as well as all other types of repair and
maintenance are covered in this program. Special monthly discount packages
and seasonal programs will also be made available via email or company
information services.

Free Shuttle Service Pick-up & Drop-off

Mears Automotive will pick you up or drop you off at your place of
employment. We understand that sometimes you need a ride. Our courtesy
shuttle is available to make sure you get to work on time and pick up your
car when finished. Just another way we strive to ease the stress of needing
car repair.

Flexible Payment Arrangements

Mears Automotive realizes that cars never break down according to proper budget
timing. To assist we offer in-house interest free flexible payment
arrangements (certain conditions apply). For larger jobs and longer terms
we also offer other outside financing options through the ProCarCare
network.

Extended Warranty Policy

All shops offer some type of warranty of parts and labor, ninety (90) days
being the industry standard, some will go as high as six (6) months or even
one (1) year. Mears Automotive will extend our warranty to a full 18
months on all labor performed at our shop (except on wear items such as
clutches & brakes). The parts manufacturer's dictate how long they will
stand behind a part usually one (1) year. But if we do the job then we will
guarantee that the job is done right.

Quality Control & Arbitration

As hard as we may try, we just can not please all of the people all of the
time. Whenever a dispute might arise we will do all that we can to make
sure you are fully satisfied with our service. But when that fails to
settle the issue Mears Automotive will submit to the decisions of a chosen
arbitrator in your company (Owner, General Manager or other company
authority). We pledge to fully abide by the decision of this individual
after reviewing the situation. The employee who by voluntarily accepts the
discount and benefits of this program does by this act also agree to abide
by the terms of this settlement agreement.
