Mears Automotive can handle most Extended Warranties policies

At Mears Automotive we strive to offer you the highest quality auto service repair available. All of our techs are ASE certified. We are fully licensed and insured.

Our techs stay on the cutting edge of technology through technical information supplied by AllData, the worlds leading provider of electronic diagnostic and repair information. Offering up to date electrical schematics, repair procedures, OEM technical service bulletins and factory recall information.

Parts and Supplies
Mears Automotive knows the expense and inconvenience that comes from additional down time as a result of using inferior parts. Mears Automotive will, when possible, only use name brand parts such as Delco, Bendix, NAPA, Fram, Bosch, Monroe, Moog, Citgo, Mobil1, Motocraft and others, in the repair of your vehicles. There may be cheaper parts available, but price will never be our primary concern in choosing which components we will use in the repair of your vehicles.

Warranty Information
All work performed by Mears Automotive is fully warranted for a period of not less than 12 months /12,000 miles for parts and labor. This is twice the length of standard industry warranties for automotive repairs. Warranties on parts shall be honored for the extent offered by the manufacturer. Parts such as alternators and starters usually carry a one (1) year warranty. Batteries, depending upon manufacturer, have a period of free replacement, after that the battery is pro-rated according to the actual time in use.

Towing Road Side Assistance
Mears Automotive is not an emergency roadside service. If vehicles break down off location, Mears Automotive will do it’s best to quickly get a technician to the location of the downed vehicle to assess the situation and determine the best course of action. Many times we may be able to resolve the problem quickly and get employees back on the job without the down time of a repair shop. It may be necessary to have the vehicle towed to a safe location before repairs can be performed. Mears Automotive, working with independent towing companies, will deal with all the details necessary to quickly defuse the situation and get your vehicle back in service with minimal time delays.

Invoicing/Billing
Mears Automotive will work with your accounting department to simplify the billing process of your repairs. Mears Automotive takes all forms of credit cards and debit cards, as well as, establishing open accounts with qualified companies to bill either by invoice or statement cycle. We also work with Fleet Management companies such as, Enterprise and Wright Express to deal with the billing of your fleet repairs.

Outside Services
Mears Automotive is a full service auto repair company. However, there are certain services that may be subcontracted to outside vendors. These services include, but are not limited to, Front-end alignments, Tire services, Transmissions, Exhaust work and other heavy line operations. Mears Automotive will act as your representative to deal with these issues: to arrange transportation to and from outside vendors, to monitor the progress and quality of the work being performed and to assure a professional hassle-free outcome.

Mears Automotive strives to maintain a professional appearance at all times. This mind set of cleanliness overflows onto the quality of work performed by each technician. Greasy hand prints, dirty work areas and environmentally offensive fluid loss are unacceptable. We strive to leave your vehicle actually cleaner than when it arrived.

Our repair facility is equipped with the latest state of the art testing equipment. Mears Automotive strives to stay on the cutting edge of diagnostic technology. ABS brakes, fuel injection systems, computer command systems, OBD II diagnostic systems, as well as, the ever-changing air conditioning systems are not a problem for our technicians.

Mears Automotive realizes that your vehicles make you money. Down time is very expensive and must be kept to a minimum. Mears Automotive minimizes down time by offering fast response time and the undivided attention of a repair technician. His mission is to get your vehicle back up and running as quickly as possible.

Hours of Operation
Our usual hours of operation are: Mon-Fri 8:00am – 6:00pm and 8am - 2pm on Saturday. We are available 24/7 in case of emergencies to arrange for towing in case of late night breakdowns and to schedule for next day repairs.
