I've been a customer of Mears Automotive for about 5 years. We started with Mears Automotive when it was a mobile service. John, the owner, is a good mechanic, he is honest dependable and fare. When you drive away you know the problem has been fixed. If you're still having the problem just give him a call, and he'll take care of it. He stands behind his work. I want to tell you a story. We had a 1984 olds, and it started to give us problems. We never know when it might break down. So John said to us it's not worth putting any more money into the car. He couldn't see taking our money to fix what was wrong with it. He told us that he would rather see us get a newer car. So we took his advice and used the money we saved on repairs to purchase a newer car, and we're happy we did. I would recommend John the owner of Mears Automotive to my family and friends. I trust him with my cars, and would not take them to any one else.

Dear Mr. Mears,

I want to thank you, and Mears Automotive for finding the electrical problem in my car. As you know, I had already been to three different facilities, including a Toyota Service Center, to no avail. No one had helped me. I had become very frustrated, and discouraged, plus worrying about the possible damage being done to my car, due to it's shuddering each time I hit the brake and the reverse light came on.

You found the problem, you repaired it, and now the mystery that had puzzled me for the last two months or more, has been resolved.
